The DYS Team includes both the Community & Developers.
The Community can contribute in many ways; whether helping with development itself, giving feedback, playing the game, helping new players or just generally cheering us on. The Developers do their best to fill in the gaps and lay the groundwork of the game itself & work community contributions into the game.
The entire DYS project is entirely a spare time/ passion based.
The majority of us have day jobs or other obligations & need to prioritise living over development.
Because of this we cant give you a release date, but we will keep you looped in on our progress and get it done as soon as we can.
TL;DR : The game will be done when its done, wish us luck 🙂
All of us fill more than one role and have different levels of involvement. and while not all original developers are involved in DYS, we’ve sought out and been given their blessing to carry the torch.

If you’d like to contribute to the development of DYS, the best way to get involved is to join our community chat or check out our forums and become part of the community, We almost exclusively pick people from the community to join the Dev team. This is less important than it used to be though as We will be happy to pull community work into the game if we believe it will help (with your permission of course).
